yeah i had all the good onea in my basket half hour ago, went to find my wallet, came back, now all oos!

Used them before - good deal provided they haven't lied about stock. Delivery can take ages...

As said above they can be slow at sending stuff out plus the stock system in the past wasn't 100% correct as in the past I ordered 6 blu rays but only received 4 as the other 2 I wanted were out of stock even though in stock during checkout.

The site might have been made better since tho

well i found 4 i want gone through payment now its not accept my security card number.

Wouldn't take my Mastercard CC but took my Visa debit. Obviously the payment system doesn't know what hit it!!

Can somebody who has ordered from them before let me know; If these are all pre-owned, have the UV codes been used on the UV versions?

I got one with the uv code in the box and it worked. the rest haven't even had the code in the box as were exrental so doubt they were ever there to start with. I think they just use stock pictures of the retail boxes not the rental ones

Managed to pick up a few. Deleted a bunch from my basket when I realised my tally was getting to stupid money territory! Whittled it down to 8 from the ones that were left. Shame Kingsman OOS.

Now begins the wait and the lottery to see if they are the correct ones. 2 previous times one item has been wrong. (Both times a DVD of a random film I didn't want). 1st time they apologised and sent out the correct item straight away and didn't ask for the wrong one back. 2nd time they wanted the wrong one back prior to sending out the correct item. Before that though I was lucky and everything was correct. Shame that they're in liquidation I quite enjoyed stocking up on 2nd hand blu so I did. I guess this is the last time.... :disappointed:

I reckon 50% of what I've ordered from them either hasn't turned up after months of I received the wrong item

Hi just a heads up, check your bank accounts I've just been charged 6 multiple times for two orders not impressed to be honest

Yep same looked on website reckon you can ask for cancelations via a form no telephone number I can see been in touch with bank have to wait a week to see if monies drop back into account

This has to be done before they process the order if anyone is in the same boat I suggest cancelling the lot and hope they refund multiple amounts never had this before, in future I will only use sites using PayPal

Had an email before to say the 4 films I ordered have been despatched so now the wait to see if they have just billed me once for the order with seeing some people above have been charged more than once

Not ordering from there again after recieving wrong items, blackbox items when told retail case, ex-rental when told preowned and whenever I made an attempt at returning the items they simply did not reply.

Mine arrived today, ordered Monday. Can't fault the service.
Hitman: Agent 47, San Andreas, Fast and Furious 7, Terminator Genisys.

All are ex-rental, but can't grumble at £3.50 a piece for new releases that are still £10 new.

I got a package today from them, just 2 out of 8 turned up so far. Both are ex-rental, one not the movie I ordered.

My 4 turned up today and only everest was a rental copy.

Can't complain tho for the price

Ordered 4 blurays and just had email saying 3 have been cancelled, do they charge the full price of £7.00 plus postage for the one sent out or the discounted price of £3.00 plus postage
