There is a minimum spend of £1 per item in order to qualify for this Super Points promotion and customers will earn 20 Super Points for every £1 spent on all purchases completed on the Site during the Promotional Period.

The Super Points earned during the Promotional Period will only be valid until 21st April 2016 and after this date they can no longer be redeemed.

How much is the 20x Super Points promo worth??

For every £1 you spend, for one day only you'll get 20 Super Points - these will be credited to your Rakuten account usually within a couple of weeks of your order being sent to you.

20 SuperPoints is worth 20p, and once they're credited to your account you can spend them on anything you like! It's worth noting that super points can expire - check the T&C of the promo to find out how long your points will last.

What if i cancel my order?

Super Points are only credited once the seller return window has closed, meaning if you cancel or return your order you won't get your points.

How do I know how many Super Points I have?

Just sign in to your Rakuten account, any account credits will show on there and will be ready to spend on the next big deal!
