right you are looking at the 2 storey ones are you and not the ones on stilts are you as the measures will be different again as i am not sure on them ones as i am talking about the one on stilts.
it is 6.3 ft from the ground not the bottom of the door it is 4x4 playhouse on 6x4 frame.i got one last year for £200 and wished i did not bother as my four year has to duck her head down to get in.and this will come flat packed and will take you roughly 6 hours to build but you will need a second person for some bits of it.
i personally have one and would not recommend in my own personal opinion.

I suggest you take a look at the sheds before buying one, they are terrible quality.

sorry, I was talking more about the sheds. looked at some that were screwed shut, I presumed for security in the shop but when I unscrewed it to look inside I saw it was more likely to stop you seeing how poor they were made. I advise going to a local supplier and checking out how well made they look first. A decent shed/playhouse is not cheap anymore.

stay away from the billy oh playhouse houses as they are utter crap and will be unusable when the child reaches 4 years old,

Why when they turn 4?
I've been looking for a playhouse and I have found a Billy-oh Mad dash 4000 Max + Bunk for £400. I am only looking at this as all other playhouses seem to be very short and my 3yr old is already taller than the doorframe, this Billy-oh one has a 5.1ft door frame height and 6.3ft total height.

I would like to buy a wooden playhouse for my son.
But I'm worried he might start a splinter group, :stuck_out_tongue:
