Yea might do, assume they've linked my accounts now, might have to sign up to a new one. But not sure how I'd the money paid, it's more than my brain can be bothered with right now. :-D

It wasn't the multiple accounts I was querying it was not being able to claim for the same offer from the 3 apps with different receipts.

I bet the method of identifying members is a lot easier than we think! That's good...

They are clearly using some form of marker to identify members with multiple accounts...

S'what I wondered... How does it know I have an account in both, even if the same card is used for both. But it's taken a day to get to this bit, and my initial anger has weakened to a "meh"

The question is how they are flagging up this issue though. If the receipts are different how can they cross reference them?

Checkout smart is majority owned by Maple Syrup Media (otherwise known as Quidco / click snap). They own over 40%
where are these crisps stored as I couldn't find any in the crisps aisle

I found them in the crisps aisle with the other multi pack varieties. Maybe your store doesn't have them yet...

As they use the same processing system maybe that is now flagging up potential members with multiple accounts...

Helloooo... just wanna ask your advice on something. Yesterday I got the yoghurt drinks, I got 6... 3 for clicksnap, 3 for checkoutsmart, different receipts.... and my checkoutsmart one was rejected, I emailed to ask why, and the reply was that I'd already submitted it for clicksnap. It *could* be they assumed it was the same receipt...(it wasn't)... I emailed them back to check, not had a reply yet... but wanted to check with you (or other users) if they're checking on this more now. Hope not...

It could be that they're clamping down in this...

D'oh... no, they don't like me "I'm afraid our offers are only redeemable once across the CheckOutSmart network as per our terms and conditions, so i'm afraid we are unable to reward another receipt for this."

Offers were definitely rewarded more than once if bought on separate receipts on clicksnap, checkoutsmart and tcb. They may have tightened up on this but I don't see how. They are not meant to share your email, bank info etc so how they link 2 receipts to the same person I dont know. Perhaps the same payment card/loyalty card but even then it only shows last few digits.
