Stores have a reserve list of wines which are not usually published to customers but the wines work with the promotion - they use wines from this list if stocks are getting low from the preferred selection. Great find!

This would probably cost £3.50 in France. Never mind, good spot.

Yes but it would cost more than £7.50 to travel to France and back to get it!
Chances are that it will be better than the usual wines that are included, and that alone makes up for the unimaginative food options, to some extent.

Got a bottle of this the other day with the meal deal. Yet to try it though.

Had this bottle in the deal last night, sore head this morning!! quite nice wine but not worth £11 when you can buy yellow tail for £5-6

It's not a bad wine, but not worth £11. Just checked my vivino app and averages about £7.50, and rated 3.5/5..
If you can get this wine in the deal, then great. I tend to buy three meal deals, then buy an extra three bottles of wine, then as I'm taking 6 bottles, then get a 25% discount on the bottles I pay for

Not a good bottle of wine in my opinion, but I suppose depends on individual taste.

Thank you. Sold out over the weekend but shelf re-stocked this morning. 2 meal deals £20 including 2 bottles of £11 wine......a great deal. Freezer stocked with the food. No idea whether wine is good, bad or indifferent as I don't drink but even if it ends up in a casserole it'll still be cheaper overall. Thank you for finding this tigerz.
