As the panel used in the JU6400 is not HDR equipped nor does it have a much wider colour gamut than the normal Rec.709 standard, we are only talking about resolution as a difference between HD and UHD here.
although samsung have confirmed that they have or are enabling wider colour gamut(hdr) on all 2015 4k models

You know manufacturer refresh rates are almost meaningless, there isnt a set standard they stick too.

am I right thinking I could connect this to my nas (either WiFi or wired) which will then allow me to use Plex?

I've got this TV, it's a brilliant 4K very little ghosting/motion blur and the features on it are on going. I use the smart apllication nearly every day and the apps are top notice. If you're into your rugby and football it also has a tool called 'football mode' which makes the image amazing.
Can anyone confirm if this has HDMI2.0 and 4:4:4 @ 60Hz ?

I'm almost certain the JU series supports HDMI 2.0, I nearly bought a 6400 last year to use with my PC.
Not sure about 4:4:4 Chroma though as I went with a Panasonic CX700 in the end.

It does have HDMI 2.0. I'm running the screen with a Windows 10 PC at full 4K @ 60Hz. Wouldn't be able to do this if it wasn't HDMI 2.0.

Higher the hz higher the input lag also, so on my 400hz tv i still prefer the 100hz setting, all that extra processing just adds noise also to picture.

Wait a minute you might be right actually, but i read one review that said it was not hdmi 2, and then i read a review that said it was hdmi 2.

Thats good to know then, as different reviews say different things, thx for confirming thou from a actual owner, do you notice much input lag on pc ?

this older link says it does  I am trusting them as they had the set
Considering the HDMI 2.0 spec is two years old now, I would assume current TVs have it. What you should be more concerned about is whether it supports HDCP 2.2.

I have the 48 inch version and the best thing about it is gaming performance and sports. Very little motion blur and a top notch game mode. Make sure to switch on game mode though, otherwise the delay is severe on games like Destiny.

Better off at Richer Sounds (same price) with 6 year guarantee. My last Samsung TV packed in at 4 years so well worth having.

Whats the depth of colour and picture like when game mode activated ? as usually it makes picture not look as nice, as it turns off the processing that gives the tv its good picture, cheers

its a good tv, 4k, hdmi 2, response time is somewhere around 20-30ms when in game mode, i bought this for £350 during black friday.... my only gripe is that the screen is very glossy which means if i have the curtains open i get a horrible reflection and cant see half the screen.

The picture is still top notch. My Game mode on this is better than the HD on my older model TV anyway. It's very good.
Opening post
believe it does 4:4:4 for those wanting to use as a PC monitor.
