If you had ordered something from this, you should have kept it to yourself. They would have probably cancelled it anyway but there would have been more chance of you getting it.

I made two orders, both with emails stating the order had been cancelled. Yesterday all 3 boxsets arrives from one order whereas the other looks to have been cancelled. They took the money for both and have refunded the one that has been cancelled yesterday.

3 boxsets arrived yesterday. Again, after an email saying order canceled.

I received my box set today that they cancelled other day. Box is a little scruffy but won't complain since i only paid just over a quid :stuck_out_tongue:

My lost series has been sent even though earlier I got a cancellation email ?

I had a tracking number on my first but not the one showing as despatched today as well. Just have to wait till weekend to see if they turn up.

I don't think the above is accurate. I've had all of my order dispatched apart from one dvd.

I don't think they've actually dispatched them. I got a tracking number for the one i had delivered but nothing on this one, maybe they have had to mark them as dispatched just to get them off of the order list or something "shruggs"

Just received another email now letting me know my box set of Dollhouse has just been dispatched. This is the same box set that they sent me an email cancelling yesterday. They don't know what they doing which i'm happy about as i get my full order. So looks like all us that got half an order and the cancellation email will get our box sets despatched.

I received same email saying my other boxset now cancelled. I got the one i wanted anyway and the other was just a cheap one to take it past 50 pounds mark. I'm happy about the one i managed to get.

I've emailed them back asking why we are being penalized when others have had theirs delivered. Why they waited so long to alert us etc.

I wouldnt go near Zavvi. Awful company. They will go back on offers after you check out, will take your money and will take you a long time to get it back from them. I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay away from them. I bought one of their 'deals' at Xmas. After checking out they said an item in deal was 'out of stock' so rest of purchase reverted back to full price. They refused to let me cancel although I tried to within seconds of checking out. they insisted on sending part order which even then had less items than they said after their first change. I eventually got my money back but only after Paypal upheld my complaint and a 5 mile trip to one of the shops that accepts their return labels. Really Zavvi and the Hut should be avoided.

Zavvi never honour glitches/misprices through my experience. Orders will definitely get cancelled.

Zavvi glitches sometimes do go through.
