I go to the Metro Centre one, quite arrogant! They get feisty when there is no one at the till and you ask them to serve you! #itsyourjob

They have some nice stuff but based on personal experience their store staff have shockingly bad CS skills and are so rude and up their own a***** it's unreal.

Hahaha loved reading this thread, this is why men shop online! Go to Zara try things on for size, go home make a coffee sit with your pc/tablet and order online! Hassle free.

Yup my bad experiences also include the stratford westfield store, and while I'm sure not all the staff are the same , I've found the children's section staff to be the worst offenders unfortunately. I can't understand why they can't treat their customers with a bit of respect, truly shocking!

My goodness how I agree with you 100%!!
rude staff in there.
Will never forget when i went in during a sale last summer and luckily went in early.
There was a lass from up north. Pretty sure from Newcastle ends. Slagging off the customer that she'd just served to not only the customer she started to serve but to the staff nearby.
Was so disgusted I was so close to putting in a formal complaint but just didn't have the time as I was rushing to get to some uni lectures!
However that being said, there are a few odd nice staff there. Mainly the men there.
The women there are predominantly rude and arrogant as if they think they are better than us all grrr!

Being a ex worker of zara canary wharf I must say not all the workers were as bad as described here. Although a few were total bitches and the manager was a total ****.

The WORST customer service I've EVER encountered on the high street by far. Stratford Westfield own haughty disdain and aloof disgust as if it's a bonus related KPI!
Zara staff make the Mac crew look friendly, approachable at not at all irritated if you ask them a product related question

Some decent clothes at Zara but get annoyed seeing cheap polyester jackets selling for £50+.

Agree with comments re staff......very mixed bag, men's and kids seem best but ladies?? .one in Edinburgh so arrogant, and dismissive, she was not pleased when my daughter reminded her she was a shop assistant and as such should assist the customer!

in store will be so much better. I always find their expensive stuff for £10 or less.
I agree with the rest of the comments on the CS in store. it's one of the worst as it's consistent across all their stores.

I've experienced that the Kids section generally have good nice staff but the other sections of the store are like the person in the first statement has described
