Shopped around for this so I can play XCOM 2 and a few other PC bits. Supports up to 8 pads which is nice too. Not a huge saving but the best price I could find with free shipping.

What would you deem a good price?

Good price paid £1 more a few days ago.Expensive for what it is but a drop in the ocean compared to what i spent building a pc to use it with.

yup, its annoying but neither here nor there in the grand scheme of things. Question though, i find i need to unplug and plug it in everytime my computer boots in order for my controller to connect (got an elite controller) have experienced or heard of any similar issues, google not bringing anything up. Not sure if this may be the cause but its plugged into a usb extension lead which in turn is plugged into a usb hub. windows 10.

I have the same problem but not all the time. Yet on my other PC I don't need to do this, works straight away. Not sure if its a hardware or software issue.

Expensive, cheap build quality BUT does exactly what it says it does and there is no alternative out there.
I use this via BootCamp to play GTA 5 on a MacBook Pro & it doesn't need to be plugged back in after a reboot.

XCOM 2 doesn't have native controller support, unfortunately.

I thought XCOM 2 can only be played with mouse and keyboard or steam controller?
If i had known that I wouldnt have bought xcom 2 after what is clearly an attempt to force you to buy a steam controller
thats a down right cheap and dirty tactic

Still using my 360 pad and clone dongle. Shame they didn't make the new one nano. Look at the size of it!

Controller support is coming but at the moment it's kb/m only.

It's fairly obvious that's what they're up to, even offering a 40% discount on the Steam Controller just for owning XCOM 2. You'd think for a game that had been delayed for so long, something as simple as native Xbox controller would be a given.

Its PC exclusive. Keyboard and mouse is a given. Rather they put the coding time into making the game better then for pad support when its not needed as no port to console to pamper to.

Then it's a shame neither of those happened, considering how much of a state the post-processing options have left the game in.
Controller support really isn't a difficult thing, especially with UE. They obviously had an agenda.

Will this work with XBOX360 pads?
