I'm sure the cheapest we have seen FIFA 16 is around £19 (digitally) from CDKeys on the Xbox One. Throw Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare in there (also available on EA Access) and this is a pretty good deal I feel.
If that region changing method is your thing, it's £15.88 on the Canadian Xbox store.

It's a direct conversation from the Xbox Store. I'm not completely sure how the CA states are taxable, are they all? Either way, it's around a +70p additional if taxable.
Always a 5% sales tax on Canadian Xbox Store purchases.

I assume that's via card payments, what about prepaid credit? Surely $29.99 is the max price paid? Or are we discussing that plus 5% also?

Canada is not like the US and 5% federal sales tax always applies. It doesn't have any tax free regions like the US does, or at least none that could be used for something like this anyway.

you dont need to change the region of the xbox.
change region on xbox.com, buy game. game will download to your english xbox, change site back to english. all done :-)

Both good games but, for those who may not have tried it, Plants vs Zombies: GW is fantastic fun! Extremely endearing but genuinely competitive too. Also, it's an FPS, I mention this because I've known people who just assumed it was like the puzzle games of PvZ.
