If you look closely rather than fitting driver bits in the normal way they have a barrel where you can insert an assortment of screwdriver bits & become selected through the trigger action! :confused:

Happens to me all the time as well, either there's a glitch on their system or the staff are holding the products for themselves ! They're useless and I never even get an appology.
