Big-budget zombie apocalypse thriller starring Brad Pitt. UN employee and committed family man Gerry Lane (Pitt) is forced to abandon his wife and children when a global pandemic hits, turning ordinary people into violent subhuman monsters with an insatiable appetite for human flesh. I've read the book and the book was good.
I've seen the film and the film was good.
Just about the only thing they have in common is the title but if you can get over that (and so many can't) then this is a deal.

I thought this was ok, preferred the book and a pity it didn't stick to that format.
