You can get the same king prawns for £1.29 for 150gr pack size in lidls this week....So I think we all know where the better deal is now :smiley::smiley:

ofc not but would you want to eat the (exact) same prawns after someone else did, anyways
unlike sheep, prawns are fram not cloned, so unless your eating someone **** you will never get the exact same prawns even that you wouldnt since they bodys have used all be the waste products left over from them, and in doing so changed them
tho with that said both this and lidis most likely both came from the same farm in thailand, tho ofc they never grow up seeing each other even if they ware in the same set (area name set covering about a km each) since they have they eyes put out at birth
think i covered all the normal junk

Put lidls prawns and waitrose side by side I will pick out the waitrose ones every single time for better quality. And I shop at waitrose and lidl, aldi ect..

Once you are in myPick you can narrow down the food category, so choose Fresh, then Fish&Seafood. There are just 30 items so you should be able to spot it easily
Isn't that via Frozen, rather than Fresh/Fish and Seafood?

imho I no longer buy any farmed prawns just no real taste to me. will stick to cold deep north atlantic or if the french and spanish haven't brought them all, langoustine's from Scotland (Dublin Bay prawns)
