this happened to me with talkmobile they billed me £42 never waived off a Penney even after i requested by many ways they were so rude like i committed a crime. :disappointed:

vodafone = shame, if your money stuck get ready contact ombudsman, call waiting time 1 hour, **** rude staff, will not buy from them even its cost a penny

Been with them since my first phone nearly 15 years ago and they have always been fantastic with me including today when they gave me a months free data allowance because my iPhone had used data due to the upgrade.

If you're purchasing online there's no need to buy credit just choose the option of using existing sim
