The phone was £40 now £35 this is one of the cheapest 4G phone now.

The 4.5-inch Vodafone Smart speed 6 with Android 5.1 Lollipop does everything you'd expect from a 4G smartphone, but at an unexpectedly low price.

yes, 1gb ram and 8gb rom make this far more usable. dont get me wrong, the first 6 would do a job, but this will be much smoother

Speed 6 is quite a different phone. First 6 is really good for £15-£20 quid but it's basically for giving to a kid or as a temp phone or for Festivals. You'd go nuts trying to use it for anything serious.

cpu ,ram and screen quality are the most important things in a phone. Is the screen better than the first 6?

Screen is same but 4.5 rather than 4 so probably a little worse than the first. However with double the ram and rom size, it's far better

The Smart Speed 6 looks very VERY similar to the Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 3 4.5 4G version. Specs are almost identical and they're made by the same company. If you have an upgrade-eligible PAYG SIM you can get that for £19.99 from Carphone Warehouse, I posted a deal about that the other day.
