Bought a few bits in their last sale, just in case anyone is struggling with their purchases.
Jumpers especially tend to come up a little small, and are quite short in the body. Tops/t-shirts are true to fit, and men's jumpers seem to be fairly true to size.
Also returns are not free, you can print a prepaid returns label but they deduct £3.50 from the refund!
Hopefully that'll help someone

Every couple of days this company is selling off various products for basically peanuts. Is is a proper fashion brand or just matalan/primark in disguise?

I think the code 4CLEAROFF which removes the delivery charge might be better than the 10% off code.

But what if I don't want to send my clothes all the way to Japan to be washed and pressed? Do they do dry cleaning as well (and what is the turnaround time)?

Good for you! Bit sad though isn't it? Maybe try a new hobby like tiddlywinks
As for this Tokyo Laundry itself... haven't found it to be too bad. My winter jacket only cost £25 from a deal on here and it's still in perfect condition after being worn every day for 3 months; absolute bargain really! Also got a lovely warm jumper which is great on the sizing front (however I did send a hoodie back for being a little too big) previously got some boxers too which still haven't faded. Are doing better than some Calvin Kleins! CK One last forever but CK 365 seem to only last months :disappointed:
Overall, I definitely recommended this stuff and will be buying more.

Title is wrong and the quality of the stuff is pretty bad, often the site lies... check that the fabric composition is what they describe once you get it... mine wasnt and the replacement (after a week of arguing) wasnt either and had a hole in it!

Tshirts fell apart after 2x 40.C non-bio washes, 1200 spin. By fell apart I mean most of the fluff came off and they were almost see-through. They also went out of shape.

This stuff about them being garbage - every single one of you are talking out of your ass, I have bought several Tokyo Laundry items over the past few years and had no problems whatsoever - I have about 6 of their T-Shirts, 3 Hoodies and a couple of zipped jacket hoodies.
Never had a single problem with any of them, they come out of the washing machine unscathed, just like every other T-shirt and hoodie I wash.
Think some people are just attention seekers, or do not know how to wash clothes, heat added anyways, f**k these miserable haters

How long have you worked for their marketing department? Or is it the quality control department? I can see why you're getting so worked up trying to defend this company and their cr*p clothing quality. Multiple tales of mis-shapen clothes after washing, shrinkage, etc etc.
No wonder this cr*p is always on sale offers, and now they are so desperate they are a HUKD pick (they pay for click throughs). If the stuff was any good it'd not be on sale all the time and tens of people on each post would not bother to point out that this stuff is garbage.
I'd check your ass to see if it's making a vocal sound if I were you

I want to second @pressuredrop - I have bought tons of stuff from Tokyo Laundry and the quality is excellent. Really nice material, well put together - same quality as Superdry etc at a fraction of the price. Yeah some of their 'large' sizes are more 'medium' (see earlier posting) but allow for that and you won't go wrong.
I'd buy more in this sale but I don't have room for all the tshirts, hoodies and jumpers I've already bought from TL in the last few months.

Hot from me! Just went a bit crazy and added 16 items to the bag before common sense kicked in, still think I ended up with about 14 and with free delivery - very good value. Now I will see if I actually fit into any of them LOL.

Seems to be hit and miss.. personally I have to agree with others and say the quality is atrocious.. how you can say it is the same quality as superdry at a fraction of the price is beyond me
I have found Tokyo Laundry and Charles Wilson clothing to be of poor sizing and poor quality.

I bought some tracksuit bottoms from TL, there was fluff coming off them constantly and they shrank quite severely after one normal wash, they are now closer to 3/4 length trousers. Wouldn't recommend them.

I've bought a few bits from Tokyo Laundry. I think the gear is fairly decent. None of what I have bought has fallen apart. That being said I bought two polo's recently - both in XL and same fit/cut - one fitted perfectly and the other was so short it barely came down to my belt so got sent back. It's a poor man's Superdry in my opinion, but you get what you pay for.

Tokyo laundry stuff is absolute guff. Not bad if you want some cheap throwaway stuff to be worn once on a holiday but don't expect this to be the kind of quality that will survive more than one wash.
Spent a fair amount on a large order of their stuff about 6 months ago in a sale and hasn't been wearable since the first wash. Absolute con.

Its down to some people understanding that cheap stuff is cheap and others expecting the quality of a £50 jumper for £10, for £10 it does the job and is decent quality but dont go expecting amazing quality.
Its common sense really, I cant stand people who complain about a £10 piece of clothing not being as good as their other £50 piece of clothing.

2 Mar 16#42
Have to say though, this "deal" isn't that great, most of this stuff has been on sale at these prices since well before Christmas. I'd even question if it's ever actually been sold at the supposed original prices. IMO the RRP or original price they often claim for items is over exaggerated as per a lot of these type of brands.
That said, what they are charging now is probably about right and the quality is certainly decent enough, I've got a few items of theirs and can't complain. Sizing is pretty accurate in my book.
One tip I'd give is check through some of their other outlets before buying from the main site as they often sell stuff cheaper through sites like Play, even when it's in the sale. I recently got a hoodie, supposedly £24 (+ del) in the sale on their own site, through their Play outlet for £18 delivered

Lolol at the loser leaping to the defense of this crap.
I guess some people are quite satisfied to walk around in rags. Hey man, if you're really hard up I can tell you which recycling bin I put them into, maybe you can track my rejects down? They probably got rejected by the recycling plant on quality grounds anyway ;-)
I will admit, I got some boxers and they've held up alright, though.

bought a few things from here now shorts, flip flops, couple of t shirts. The shorts have gone a bit yellow for some reason but other than that the quality of everything else has been fine. If its just something cheap for the pub its fine and its not like its expesive

following up on a earlier post I made yesterday about ordering a hoodie delivery time was amazing ordered yesterday about 1pm and was here today before 11am today which is better then amazon prime and most other 1 day delivery firms normally manage which impressed me. and it cost me £10.99 plus postage so if it turns out to be crap I can use it for work.
