It's a deal, available in the UK, and it's hot.
Seems to fit the description.

Just done this. Whilst the card has gone up in price slightly it still works out cheaper.

Decided I'd do this today, took just minutes to set up a Canadian PSN account, purchased a $19.99 Canadian PSN card for £9.96 via here http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buygames/sony-playstation-network-cards/ - Easy Transaction and again had my digital code within a minute or 2, Redeemed code successfully and purchased Unravel.
Not a Faff in anyway and will bare this in mind for future digital purchases, heat added

it sounds much more of a faff than I could ever be bothered with, but if it suits some people then its a good deal I guess.

So? It's still a deal regardless how you go about getting it. What about all these deals posted for electronics throughout the year where you buy through Amazon Germany/France etc for better deals? If it works in the UK or can be shipped to the UK then it is a deal if the price is cheaper.
Don't get why people get so hung up over doing things to get decent deals, everyone else has either bought via this method and is happy or they haven't. You are the only one that states it's a "UK" site and you come on here less due to these kinds of deals.

Yes you can play it on your UK account by having a fake Canadian account as your primary....

So when is hotukdeals changing it's name? Will soon be more non uk deals posted than uk ones at this rate.
Frustrating seeing a deal your interested in then noticing it's from another country that involves using vpns, making fake accounts etc to get the deal.
Don't know about anyone else but i find myself coming on here a lot less because of all these posts.

It's a deal that is able to be played on your UK account. I don't get the problem, it's more than a £5 saving over the UK store hence a deal. It doesn't matter that you have to make another account, if it's a deal it's a deal regardless of what you need to do.
Maybe if you don't like it then ignore the thread and let the people who want to save money save it. It must be better than getting upset and using a site less that is designed to help you find deals and save money.

No issues with multiplayer as I've done it with US version of The Last of Us.
The only thing to remember is to keep your PS4 as a primary one for your Canadian PSN account to allow all other users play Unravel.

What about multiplayer games? Do they function the same?

4 Feb 16#32
Yes. I got 2 separate accounts on my ps4 right now one American and one UK (my main used one of course) I never touch my American one but I only goto that profile to buy the games on sales on store since its much cheaper there, after buying the games I go back to my main uk account and play it like normal. Do note that if you were to buy DLC for that US bought game you have to buy DLC through there too

So do you have one account for each region?
Thinking of doing this but trying to figure out if there are any flaws

When you create a non-uk PSN? Do you have to log into that profile every time to play that game? Also what payment method do you have associated with your non-uk PSN profiles?

No you can play with your UK accounts, just use the Canada acc to buy the games and that's it.
Also you can topup Canada PSN by topup cards.
good deal, I noticed the Canada store is cheap for all games such as Firewatch will be 19.99 CAD (£10) and Gravity Rush Remastered which is 32.99 CAD (about £13).

Confused... so the Revolut app... I've done it, topped up £10, got free £5, transferred all £15 to my account.
How can they afford to do that?! I have seen that they charge you £2 a mth if you don't use the account? Is that right?

Excellent thanks. Was going to get NHL, but just noticed it's $19.99 on the US store, so think that actually works out cheaper on there at £13.76 than it does on the Canadian store. Crazy when it's £54.99 on the UK store and cheapest physical copy I can find is £38. I'll use that site then to get my US dollars. Cheers.
