I was scouting on google to find a decent price for this title. I think that £14.88 with free shipping within the UK is the best price that I have seen so far for this game.
I have ordered my copy today and don't see any issues with the site. Hopefully some people can get in on this deal, certainly looks good to me!

I didn't instigate contact. They chose to send me 3 emails regarding this attempted purchase before I responded. If companies want to do this then they are within their rights. But I can and will voice my opinions as money was already taken from my account.
My money, my experience and my right.

Thanks very much, your words are appreciated. I've chosen not to read any of the inflammatory replies that I have no doubt received for telling people that they are out of order.
People seem to think it's fine to afford people with no respect and that having a go at someone trying to do a good thing is acceptable. I like this website, but too many people are too full of themselves and seem to try to take some sort of knowledge based high ground. It's pathetic.

I hear you. I certainly agree everyone is entitled to an opinion, so don't think I am someone who won't let people/listen, as I do... I did not really read all the comments if I am honest so maybe I should have. Just trying to encourage people to carry on posting deals and not be discouraged as it appeared that was possibly the case here.

I am not an ungrateful person i like eveyone else has an opinion and i am free to speak it. Weather you like it or not. It was the op's comment that he contacted them about their "business stratedgy" which made me reply. It sounded like he hadnt got the deal, and was throwing his toys out the pram.

I've noticed a lot of people seem to think it's ok to jump on pricing errors and skin them alive, even though it's a genuine mistake on the part of the company, people make mistakes, it happens all the time. That does not entitle you jump up and down like a child when they don't honour the mistake.
if you left your front door open by mistake is it ok for someone to take all your stuff?, no , yet you do the same to shops when they make mistakes. You are no better than a thief.

First of all welcome to HUKD.
Second it was quite possible that this wasn't a pricing error, Uncharted:collection has been under £20 before so ~£15 seems entirely possible. However looking at the prices on their website I can only assume it was an error, deliberate or otherwise.
Love their motto, "Play more, pay less".
I would like to add that no-one seems to be jumping up and down like a child, obviously people are disappointed but that is it and I'm sure they will get over their disappointment.

Never give up sharing deals. There will always be ungrateful people on here but that's the minority. One of my hottest deals was the Ovivo pyramid scheme for mobiles, they went down and took a lot of people's money. This was not in the foreseeable and was out of my control. You posted in good intentions and I ask you still do this and don't be discouraged by the few ungrateful members of HUKD. All the best.

You work in retail yourself but informed them about a "business strategy" being awful because of a pricing error online. So have i - for 19 years. All retailers make mistakes. As you pointed out different retailers different standards. However if an item is priced up incorrectly instore or online the retailer doesnt have to sell it to the customer at the price stated. Many people think they do. Under consumer law they dont.
Tesco used to have the same policy you pointed out but it was being abused on a massive scale.

Go and shake your head somewhere else. I just won't be sharing any deals next time then. Honestly, try and do a nice thing and all you get is idiots broadcasting nonsense like it's my fault.
Sorry for trying to help.

I work in retail and if we are guilty of a pricing error we give the customer double the difference back as well as letting them keep the item. Different retailers, different standards.

I get the idea, but the contact is formed when you receive the item, not when they dispatch it. Until it is delivered they are within their rights to attempt to recall the item and cancel the order.
