I use a paid for VPN (ExpressVPN) so connected to SA. Can't help you any more than that, sorry. Other than say, buy a paid for VPN (great for torrents and fooling geoblocking like this).
I think it's about £4 from Russia.

I doubt many people had the foresight to pre-buy xbox one games on games with gold unless they were well advised beforehand. I certainly wouldn't have thought of it.
Also there's the age old discussion regarding physical or digital preference. I notice that someone has complained on this thread that they couldn't sell it on at this price but the game's been so cheap for so long I don't think there's a demand for pre-owned copies.
