I actually reserved these late last night reduced to £3.50 but this morning they have dropped to just £2.00!
They have stock in every store near me (mid devon) so should be pretty easy to get a box or two.

I wish people would stop making nasty comments about being cheap skates especially for buying a £2 box of chocolates which have been reduced from £6 , I have , thanks to hot UK deals gone into town today and bought a box of these and put them away for my daughter's birthday, I'm sure she will love them.
FWIW I earn £39 a week cleaning toilets on a Monday Wednesday and Friday night and out of that money I have to dress myself ,clothes ,shoes, toiletries ,makeup ,glasses ,the dentist and I have three children I do their Christmas and birthday presents out of it ,also my husband's birthday, Father's Day ,Valentine's Day and wedding anniversary, my husband's wages pays the bills and food.
On the plus side in less than 2 years we will have completely paid off our mortgage 4 years early, do not owe anybody a penny of debt, no overdrafts, no store cards, no credit card bills.
You do not have to spend a fortune to celebrate special occasions, that box of chocolates will not be the only thing that my daughter gets, but she isn't spoilt, the other presents I have got for her birthday are the Soap And Glory set from Boots when they went down to half-price after Christmas, another deal that was posted on this website which was Tresor in Love perfume for £20, plus a silver and tanzanite bracelet I bought in the Argos clearance section of jewellery reduced from £70 to £16 and its beautiful.
I must also be a mug as another poster suggested, as I also bought the Costa mug mentioned by another poster as a put away for fathers day present.
Can all the people who are sneering at a £2 box of chocolates as presents please zip their gobs shut as some of us have to be very careful with our money

totally on your side, they're not a £2 box of chocs, they're still the £6 box that happens to have been reduced. I keep an eye out all year for bargains, with an eye to gifts for people for xmas, and they go in a cupboard so I don't have to find too much extra cash in December. I've often done half my xmas shopping in the sales after xmas the year before! We're all on this site to save money after all!

I absolutely agree with bellajoy - well done - why should we waste our hard-earned cash on lining the pockets of the greedy shareholders of retail companies. As a pensioner I'm all too well aware that profits are exorbitant but am damned if I'm going to let these greedy so-and-so's rip me off. If everyone adopted bellajoy's attitude, we'd have a much fairer society. Keep it up bellajoy and lets all learn from her savvy attitude!

Snowflakes? Big deal, it's still winter. It's not like there is a giant santa on the box.
"Our finest assortment of praline, truffle and mousse filled chocolates.(not included)."
I wonder what you actually get?
Your safe! Mothers day and any birthdays in March covered!!
I wouldn't dare give as present with short date Tesco normally have them half price £3 will long date on them
Hope Argos are paying the OP commission on helping to clear these ,as all the stores near me had them in stock when this was first posted , now just the two
and a bunch of 12 Stem Tulips for just £6.
This offer is available in store only, from Wednesday 2nd March until Sunday 6th March, but hurry, it's only while stocks last.
offer from iceland instore
Nice to know good people like you exist these days - You have brightened my day today and for that I say thanks!
>;o)
You're welcome.
Colour me surprised...
For anyone wondering what the selection contains it's "An indulgent collection 27 Truffles, Pralines and Mousses including our special Love Thorntons milk chocolate. Marc de Champagne Truffle, Heavy Hazelnut, Amaretto Truffle, Orange Truffle, Crunchy Praline, Love Thorntons, Dual Layered Praline, Caramel Divine, Vanilla velvet, Raspberry Canache, Café Latte. Chocolate Mousse. Caramel Meltaway".
I found that stock appeared in Sauchiehall Street first (Glasgow), then Stockwell Street later on, so I will pick up from the latter.
One for me, one for mum, one for my sis
