Loads of things for me again this week- might hang on though, and see if the flapjacks go half price anywhere, as we've been lucky and had these for 35p lots of times

You're welcome hun and yes Shopitize is always awesome. Well the Raspberry ones are currently better than half price at Asda for 64p so i'm surprised these ones aren't reduced too. They might reduce these to the same offer...

I have just downloaded this app, so haven't used it yet. Can you buy from a few shops and photograph more than one receipt - or is it only one receipt. I've looked on the you tube video but it doesn't give you any answers
mumofthree1982 to ILIKEBARGAINSME

u can upload separate reciept for every offer or 1 reciept for all offers.

Further tips:
1. In store it's always best to scan the product barcodes as you pick up each product to add to your supermarket basket and ensure you get the "tick" to confirm it's the Shopitize offer product. (It can sometimes be too easy to pick up the wrong variety or find the offer is on a slightly different size that your supermarket doesn't stock, or even very occasionally find a 'valid' product is not recognised as such by Shopitize's database.)
2. You need to then photograph and upload the receipt(s) BEFORE the offer runs out - ie currently typically by next Tue 2/2 - as otherwise the offers then vanish from the App (as they do when you actually make a claim).

Welcome to Shopitize and yes you can purchase from all of the shops available within the app and upload as many receipts as you wish. Once you have claimed an offer it will disappear from your app...

Problems with receipts today!
Had to upload x 3 on one phone and x 2 on the other. Both good clear receipts!
Had the same issue the other week too and at times it automatically placed under 'review'.
Anyone else having these issues (re-taking)?
KiKai to backinstock
27 Jan 162#38
I find this happens more so during the day when their system is likely to be busier. It could just be one of those things but I have fewer issues late in the evenings if u want to try then. Automatically placing receipts under review is part of their new system which saves you from re-snapping multiple times...

re anyone having issues with Shoptize... having exhausted the App &/or your patience, you should use the 'Contact us' from the menu to briefly explain the issue/problem to them.
They have a support ticket logging system and WILL get back to you (albeit probably a bit slowly at the moment after recent 'hiccups') and I have always found them really helpful, and forgiving of 'operator error' - ie will ensure you get what you are (genuinely) entitled to.

If it's still showing as processing then logout and re-boot your phone. If after logging back in there is no change then you need to un-install the app, re-boot your phone and then download the app again. That should hopefully fix this problem...

Just wait....or maybe log off, and log back in (see if it's still waiting, or if it's gone through, or if you need to do it again). Try and avoid swear words... I've lost many hairs with them but it does all work in the end.

Hi Kikai. Can you help with the Fairy Liquid offer. The app says this offer is for the 530ml, however I cannot find this size on any of the supermarkets? The price you have listed for Tesco and Asda is for the 500ml I presume.
Can this offer be claimed with the 500ml bottle?

hmm...one of my shops from friday hasn't scanned through yet. It's still whirring away to say processing. tried logging out and back in.. same issue. logged in on someone else's phone and my account... still whirring away. Anything I can do to rush it? emailed them but the delay means I won't get a reply before wednesday and will then loose it. just got one more shop...same thing. I had a shop inbetween that went through ok so its not a problem with everything
