Anyone else having problems uploading receipts? In my activity section there is s green bar with 100%, seems frozen - with no mention of the bread or 25p I wanted to redeem. I've emailed them, so hopefully will work.

That's good and no it's definitely not your phone but that is what will happen on occasion...
I think their robots are more effective this way as it filters out any potential fraudulent activity...

It's part of their new system...
They don't go straight to under review because there is a problem as such. It's probably random selection just to make sure you have purchased the correct items you are claiming and to prevent duplicate receipts being uploaded...

Just done a milk receipt from Asda – good clear picture. Has gone straight to ‘under review’. This has happened to other receipts before for different products, from different shops. They always get changed to ‘earned’ eventually. Does this happen to anyone else?

This is part of their of new system where they check your receipt for the correct products and make sure this isn't a duplicate receipt, so it's nothing to worry about...

Yup... me too. It's much harder for them to work... but some that do work, look clear etc, go straight to review. Always sorted, but it's worrying at first, I didn't submit it or realize there was a problem.

Kikai, always appreciate your work in compiling list. I however find the offers off choice are now a joke. The cheddar cheese just as an example can be found in Lidil at £1.99 and other favourites McCain chips are 99p in farmfoods.
Milk and bread can be found in all other places cheaper than the discounts offered by these companies now.
Still some offers but not nearly as good as previous. No reflection on your good work, thanks and keep it going

10 Feb 16#34
You're welcome and thanks for your feedback tonyd19565, I appreciate what you are saying and agree that places like Aldi & Lidl are competitive on their pricing. It's just a shame not all cash back apps accept receipts from there because they don't all carry certain brands. But these cash back apps have nothing to do with the Supermarkets directly as far as I know. It is cash back that they themselves are offering on such products. When cash back is offered on products which are on promotion granted that works out a much better deal, but we can't always be that lucky...

Don't blame the supermarkets or Shopitize, blame those pesky Aldi and Lidl shops, bringing down the prices to a more realistic level.
