Again, another good price, hopefully this one will last a little longer!

Can you retract your hot vote in that case? This is evidently a poor price!

This isn't Xbox One version, it will run in higher res than 72p.

even though i was a lucky one that got it for 72p, i would happily pay this amount now to feel like i didnt cheat money out of the devs :man:

If it was Amazon's error (and as it happened to multiple unrelated games, can't imagine it wouldn't be), I'm sure it would have cost them rather than the devs.

Isn't it amazon that loses out rather than the devs?

I sure hope so. This was our revenge for their tax-avoidance.

Was lucky enough to grab this for 72p after missing out on JC3 for £1.51. It's a 37.3GB download including patches, but worth it. I'm using an nVidia GTX 750 ti 2GB card with Pentium G3258 cpu (not o/c'd) and 8GB of ram and had issues with the game pausing/freezing (static screen and no sound) for around 2-5 seconds every few minutes. A bit of google'ing and it appears that after patch 1.07 loads of people with only dual core cpu's started getting the same problem (it does state quad core minimum on the specs but there were no issue prior to 1.07 patch.
Anyhoo, anyone with a dual core cpu who starts experiencing the same issue just use BES to limit cpu by 1 to 10% when playing Witcher 3, I've got mine set to -3% and played for about an hour with any issues with everything set to medium. Found solution on THIS site for those interested. Happy Gaming

Isn't that more the government's fault than theirs?

do instant gaming ask for ID when buying games?

Yes, sometimes. Last time I tried to buy something (Rise of the Tomb Raider pre-order) they asked for a copy of my drivers license or passport. They're based in Hong Kong which means they can hold on to that information indefinitely.
Needless to say I refused to do that and got a refund. Won't be trying to buy anything from them again.

Yes it is but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be happy when we get to stick it to them.

I still haven't got around to playing the first or second.. Is this stand alone in regards to the storyline?

As they are only doing their duty to the shareholders right? Corporations rape nations extracting all the value they create leaving nothing but a national defecit. the long term consequences are cuts in government spending, lowered investment in social housing, education, health and police and unaffordable university education. The government are complicit. If you voted Tory then you are too.

Can someone link me to where this was 72p and where JC3 was £1?
I think I paid £1.99 for the first Witcher game on Steam years ago. To date that is the most I've spent on a Witcher game. Actually, 2 and 3 cost me less than that combined. That's just ridiculous considering how good the series is.

Played this game for over 2 hours and just couldn't get into it... Sure it looks AMAZING on PC way better than consoles but the game play is just meh IMO...

Outstanding game, competes with Bloodborne for GOTY (MGS5 just behind these two IMO).

You must be in denial if you also wouldn't avoid tax if you had the chance legally like Amazon.

cold, no need to deal with a site that's makes you pay their PayPal fees AND asks for proof of ID, like others are saying a driving licence to a company not even based in our continent.
