Don't expect your local balloon shop to inflate these with helium for you.
They are usually not CE marked , so illegal to sell in the UK . Shops inflating them could possibly be liable for prosecution , so many are no longer inflating them ( and as word gets around even fewer will be taking the risk )
Trading standards have been seizing these Chinese imports from balloon sellers on the streets ( due to both lack of CE mark , and copyright infringement ).

What's the point though? CO2 is heavier than air, so it will just sit on the floor when filled. You might as well just use a bike pump and fill it with air.
