I had exactly the same thing - No emails in inbox or spam folders, so in the end I rang the helpdesk on 01709 910855, gave the guy my order number from off the website and he emailed my codes from his customer service account. The arrived right away and redeemed to my account without a problem.

Sorry still a bit of a noob at HUKD. If it's not clear from the title. This is £5 off of a £25 card/code. The app prompted me to put in the price which is £20 after discount. I know these come round fairly often, but hadn't seen a 20% one in a while.

Have you selected "iTunes code" or "Gift card" ?
Gift cards are physical card that will be posted.
iTunes code will give you a code immediately.
At the moment only 25 gift card is on offer and ALL ITUNES codes are 20%. The post should be updated to reflect that.

Am guessing Tesco use a manual system to send the codes and if you ordered out of 9-5 then it gets sent to you the next day

It set of the fraud alarm on my HSBC credit card as well and I had to phone the bank to get my account unlocked. I did manage to order 3 £25 codes at 7pm, although they haven't come through my email yet (including spam folder) and neither has an order acknowledgement. At least they have a phone number to call sometime during the day if they don't show up by lunchtime.
How long does it take for them to email you the code? I ordered yesterday evening, but there's still no sign of the code in my inbox or spam folder.

Every time I click on 'Place order', it kicks me back to the address and payment details page, without saying what went wrong.
I'm with Halifax and tried both my Visa Debit and Mastercard cards. I'm guessing it's being blocked? I'll just have to pop into my store then.

Went instore to Gateshead today and just redeemed code.
For tesco customers with club card codes to redeem, ie. £2 off a £20 or over spend, it works. I ended getting £2 off £20 total. Win win situation.
