Was looking for this and the cheapest I could find was the last copy that Gamestop had in stock for £19.97 (which I bought myself), however this is not far off from what I paid and I think it is the cheapest that has been posted here.

NEVER buy on Rakuten. It is a department store front like eBay or Alibaba, except if anything goes wrong, you are totally on your own. They will never intervene to help a buyer. They have no dispute system nor will they refund you. All the seller has to do is reply to any message you sent, usually with a totally non-sensical reply, within 3 working days and Rakuten won't even talk to the seller. They allow sellers to blackmail buyers into withdrawing negative feedback in order to get a refund, so even the scoring system is open to abuse. They allow sellers with the most appalling record to continue to trade without any comeback. Rakuten makes eBay seem like the perfect model of customer service. You were warned. When it goes OK, it is OK, when it goes wrong, you will feel it.

When MGSV was released last year, my preorder from Shopto through Rakuten wasn't delivered to me. I contacted Shopto, they ignored me. Then I contacted Rakuten and they refunded me. They're not that bad as you're trying to say.

Try 7 weeks of back and forth emails with their Customer Service and see if you agree. And then go read the horror stories on this site:
My story is not there. But it might as well be, so similar to others. as long as the seller replies to every message you send, within 3 days, Rakuten CS will do NOTHING to help you. You probably got somewhere because the seller failed to reply. The supplier that I am in dispute with (theCablePlace) is savvy enough to know this. Trading Standards went to their address to find a Chinese Laundry, a 'massage parlour' and a sex shop on the premises, plus a mailbox service.

Worth pointing out, just like eBay, there are many unreliable sellers in Rakuten too. The fact is, HUKD moves on the safe side and only certain retailers are allowed here. Along with review websites, HUKD community is always a place I have a look prior to buying from a retailer that I never heard of. The one you are talking about, despite their 9.7/10 score on trustpilot, are not even approved here on HUKD.

7 days? 7 weeks I said. And yes, I did call. When you can get through after ages of waiting, they still don't do anything and ask you to email Customer Support. Useless.

Sorry my bad, don't know what's wrong with me today, reading correct but replying something that I don't mean, lol. I meant 7 weeks. Did you pay by Paypal? Have tried Paypal or your bank to claim your money back? You can always set a charge back against the seller through your bank.

My bank insisted I do all this first. They say tomorrow they will start the chargeback. Still, shouldn't have to do this.
