Stanley 194749 23 inch FatMax Waterproof Toolbox £15 @ Amazon (Free Delivery with Prime or free supersaver delivery on orders over £20) and B&Q (Free C & C or £5 Home Delivery). Seems to have good reviews.
Product Description:
The Stanley FatMax toolbox is rated IP53 and offers waterproof storage solution thanks to all round water seal, keeping your tools safe and dry. Thanks to its large capacity, it can store a number of tools and accessories.
It is constructed of structural foam plastic for extra strength and it features large metal rust proof latches with a padlock eye for additional security. On top lid, there is an integrated V-groove for sawing work, suitable for working with pipes and lumber.
Inside the toolbox, there is a portable ¾ length tote tray designed to carry smaller tools or parts. The toolbox is easy and convenient to carry thanks to the tough ergonomic soft grip handle.
Will put link for B & Q in first post.

I can't honestly see a need for a toolbox to be that waterproof, unless you work for an Electricity Company in the West Highlands and get sent to repair some inaccessible power line in the middle of a damp forest..
If it rains, you put tools away and go and sit in the IP68 van. :stuck_out_tongue:
As it's not tapered and doesn't have annoying recesses in the main toolbox, it will hold more stuff.

Not quite sure why you would padlock it when all a thief has to do is pick it up and walk away with it........

TBH it can be quite useful at times if you live in the kind of rain sodden place that I do and you're working outside as it saves having to constantly lug tools inside as it's started raining again only for it to stop 30 seconds later and you then have to lug them all back out again...admittedly I don't think I'd trust this toolbox to keep everything completely dry in a torrential downpour or the shower for that matter

Sticker on box says water resistant rather than waterproof, so don't take it swimming like I did

From what I can see it doesn't mention being IP53 rated, also have to add £5 delivery unless spending £50+

I got one of these a year or so ago same price from Amazon. It's a good tool box, very sturdy and has great latches

Mmmm but can you stand on it like the Fatmax to give you that few extra inches :stuck_out_tongue:
On a serious note unfortunately they charge £9.99 delivery to my area and £5 to other areas unless you spend over £50 and there appears to be no free C & C option.
