Spider-Man 3.......I have no idea why people jump on the "that "emo" parker dance scene ruined the whole movie" wand wagon.
It's ridiculous anyway.
The only way one scene could ruin a movie is if it was traumatising or disgusting...
The dance scene was actually hilarious and made sense.
Spider-Man 3 was weaker overall than 1 and 2 but it was still quite good.
It was weaker because having all those villains reduced time to develop the characters properly (Goblin's suit looked ugly in my opinion btw)
the movie was too dark (literally), the beginning was quite boring, Gwen's personality was written in a two dimensional kind of way and was only briefly part of the movie, Venom was supposed to be massive but wasn't
AND Venom only had about 10 minutes screen time or something.
But the bad stuff doesn't outweigh the good.
It was still within the range of "quite good to very good" depending on how lenient you are with
rating movies.
These movies are...
3 great superhero movies. :sunglasses:
*Dance scene music is now my morning alarm*
Take that, haters and harsh critics!
Hahaha but seriously, Sam Raimi gets way too much criticism for it.
Hope the dude's feeling alright....even he's convinced SM3 was a bad movie... (or hopefully he's just being
modest).
The movies were great. Certainly better than TASM 1 and TASM 2 (first one was not bad, but these two
do not compare to Raimi's trilogy in my honest opinion! I'm not even being biased by nostalgia. :stuck_out_tongue:)

I like them all...on a scale of 1 to 10, how much do I need a life?

Minus 10.
Why would there be any shame in it?
Three great movies. Especially the first two.
While there were a few things wrong with the third
it was still pretty good and has great aspects like its emotion (e.g. when MJ was
emotionally blackmailed by Harry to break up with Peter....and then the shifty-ness of Harry after revealing
he's the "other guy" seeing MJ.)
I thought Brock was pretty good too.
Shame I can't say the same for Venom. (He looked kinda cool...but he didn't look Venom cool.)

Third movie is good when you watch the first two!

The third Spidey film was a load of diarrhea because of Sony and others in charge didn't allow Raimi to make Spidey 3 as he envisioned it. Even the fan-made edits aren't able to make it into a good watchable movie.

Hot, but agree that third one should have the 'dance scene' surgically removed if possible. How to ruin a decent film in one easy scene imo.

But that scene is great! He's meant to look like a dick.

Two great movies. The third shouldn't exist.

I think they're all great, anyway. The third one is unfairly maligned, I think - lots of good stuff in there, it just gets a bit unbalanced by the split focus on the three villains and Gwen.
