I found that this was out of stock online so I rang my nearest store to check there. They were also oos but were able to take a telephone payment and arrange free delivery from a different store which had stock. I was also advised that new stock from Sony is overdue so could be in any time. I didn't want to risk the price going up so went for the store delivery option and paid straight away.

Can you stream music services from a phone via bluetooth to this? Or will it only work with music stored on the phone etc?

It just casts any audio you play on the phone from whatever source.

As I tried to explain, you must telephone one of the stores, they will get it delivered from themselves or another store which has stock. I have ordered it today, can confirm a number of branches still have stock. Only difference to ordering online is they send it parcel force instead of a courrier with a guaranteed time.
