Been looking for some low maintenance shrubs for the garden and these are a steal. Not huge plants but ready to be planted. Postage work out cheap when you buy a few... prices for these plants seem really high elsewhere! Once added to basket you get a choice of free gift...bulbs and plants...
A compact dwarf evergreen shrub, producing an abundance of vibrant red buds in winter and white flowers in spring (April/May). The compact habit makes this a low maintenance variety and perfect for growing in borders or containers on a patio. Height 80cm. 9cm pot grown plants supplied.

I used to be pulled in with these offers but to be honest it's hit and miss. I got some lovely large plants the first time but very small specimens after. I find it best to keep my money and regularly visit homebase - they always have orange sticker (usually when the plant has just finished flowering for that season - plants still very much alive) bargains and you get a lot more plant for your money!
Also I have noticed that homebase have started stocking a number of special species items - not just the 'basic/entry level' common species found in most hardware garden centres.

Ericaceous conditions don't forget and rubella doesn't stay that small I'm the grand scheme of things. For the Echinacea plugs that's a little pricey.
Heat OP -thanks for posting. Gonna check this out.

Very good company, have some apple trees from them. They produced a couple of fruit in the first year. The raspberry plants are cheaper than the Aldi ones, if you are placing an order any way.
