Best thing to do, is buy it digitally, wait for it to be backwards compatible then sell it as the price will go up as demand for the game increases

Sadly I have an X1 and it's not yet backwards compatible (my comment "Pass, Skate 2 please" was directed at Microsoft as I felt Skate 3 felt rushed and very dull. Thanks anyways. Heat added tho as yes, this is very cheap!

Bargain for a great game, own all 3 digitally, sold on the physical copies and if this gets backwards compatibility it's almost a reason to not use the 360 anymore.
If you own the physical copy, but this and trade it in. CEX and the like give a really good price usually.

I'm trying the website but it still won't let me! And yes, my 1st question was will it be free with games with gold anytime soon. Witcher 2 was recently free on games with gold when going backwards compatible, as well as Dirt Showdown and more.

I'm not sure which type of sarcastic this was lol but technically the game is not currently playable on Xbox One. It should be in the future as it has been mentioned as a potential title but this hasn't been confirmed or made back compatible yet.
