We do blowtorch cheese on toast! ...my daughter prefers it made that way to her mums under the grill version.
Thing is as a nipper my dad (electrical engineer) died & I had all these tols round me that I hadn't got a clue how to use, so now with my own daughter I learn, she learns, ...i've said this before, but when she was 7 or 8 in cubs they were making pre cut bird boxes, ...my nipper put a big extending vogels plasma bracket onto the wall after sounding it out & even lifted the bracket into place, (with a tiny bit of help) the biggest problem she had was weight against the drill to bore throught the hemlite blocks & brick fo anchoring the vogel. ...she earnt her badge.
Another reason i;m such a fan of dremel, allows small hands the ability to get over what a variety of tools do, all helps curb the fear & learn to deal with real stuff, ...changed a cistern syphon after that, having fitted a decent stop valve lever to replace a naff ball type.
fun if you let them cut some throwaway pieces of copper then move onto the real thing. ..go for it, plenty of vids, & the readers digest book is a great bit of knowledge & confidence.

Awful. I use pipe slices daily. Always buy decent tools but once had to get one of these because I couldn't find mine. 1-2 cuts and that was it. After that it just turned and turned on the pipe, only lightly cutting into it. Buy cheap, buy twice. Get Rothenberger.

not the best or the worst company in the world, for that price I'd definitely buy it as a spare but I've already got Bahco set (15mm and 22mm) as a spare.

These are Rolson. I'd expect them to disintegrate after a few uses.

perhaps, however great for a few jobs therefore, or teaching a kid without wrecking your good kit how simple it is to do a few basics within plumbing / shorten a wardrobe rail etc etc..

meh...for that price I don't care. I've used rolson utility knives that have lasted donkeys. there's nothing over engineered for this type of tool. I reckon you will get a good lifespan from it.

How long have pipe cutters been used as It equipment? lol
Strange for a company such as ebuyer to have this in stock
