Found this on GAME's website, reduced down from £119.99 to £59.99 for both the Xbox One and PS4, seems like a good deal seeing as CeX are selling it second hand for £68!

Wasn't the dev but the publisher, Madcatz. IIRC it was about a third of their staff, the bosses jumped the day before their outturn was due to be announced.
Voted hot. Whole band in Currys for £99 if it helps anyone. Saw it today in Wolverhampton, but its been spotted elsewhere. Its posted on here somewhere.

Holy shet, I better check my local this week. Always handy to have spare plastic instruments when you have a 1300+ RB library :stuck_out_tongue:

Pretty sure RB dev laid off loads of staff recently, poor sales due to pricing I think?

Rock Band is better than any GH game for one major reason, the massive catalogue of songs available to buy/download.
Although, RB4 is a huge let down to fans of the series for numerous reasons, all stemming from the fact that Harmonix is basically an indie studio now after separating from MTV. They're very, very slowly fixing the game's problems in monthly patches but it'll be a while before it's even up to the quality standard of RB3.

wonder what the general feeling is in regard to RB4 vs GHL, is there a clear winner?

Some people say RB4 is better due to the bands actually on it but all the same to me haha

Activision just layed off staff for poor performances in sale on gh and skylanders.
Now Rockband could be doing just a bad but no news yet.
I am a Rockband fan through and through though as I like paying for my content once.

Rock band has always had the edge over guitar hero for one reason for me, the music choice. It seems all rock band games have such a huge collection of songs and loads of songs available as DLCs in comparison to guitar hero.
Not only that but GHL has a new controller with 6 buttons in a 3x2 layout, instead of the generic 5 that all other guitar heros and rock and games have had. seems like they didnt want you to be able to use old controllers to get more money off you haha, the only decent feature GHL has is the live audience reactions, as they recorded it so the crowd is a video of real people that change reactions depending if you suck or not, still not worth it though
tl:dr Rock Band 4 > GHL
