Found in my local Asda, rainx 2in1 glass cleaner + repellent. Have used before and is very good for the price. Might be a national deal :)

I love how on all the threads for this type of stuff , anyone who criticises it or points out the downsides of the stuff , just gets told its their fault or they haven't applied it correctly.
In my experience it causes multiple issues.
dangerous clouding when using the wipers for the first mile or so on a wet morning.
makes your wipers less effective and often juddery
on side windows on a misty morning your windows will be obscured by tiny droplets that can't be seen through - untreated windows would be clear
The biggest problem is that if you get issues ( like i did ) , you can't get the stuff off your screen - you have to wait weeks for it to wear off.

There is a reason for that....................it is your fault. None in Bolton for now - I got the last ones.

I don't know why some folks moan about rain-x. It's awesome stuff in my experience. it comes into its own if it's drizzly at night, or if there's lots of road spray about.
If it's smeary it maybe all the crap in your washer bottle. I'm sure it's recommend to use some washer fluid with it in too.

If you need to remove it I found methylated spirit (wilko I about £3.00) on a frequently turned clean cloth very effect. Use on wiper blades quickly and sparingly.

I read some bad things about this in some of the Amazon reviews, reflections or something and some people then had to put a lot of effort in to clean it off the windscreen.

I was going to say I would have bought five.... Apply it correct and you just don't need wipers on on the motorway - don't get to confident - it is still a torrential downpour and you just know Highways haven't cleared the drains.
Ah its screen cleaner as well - not the one I was thinking of although that is £5.
£25 min spend for click and collect... ah well I stopped using Tesco and I won't be using Asda....

Have just checked and this is also available online from Asda, so shouldn't just be a local deal
