Not the nicest in the range. Escalopes are lovely though (but not quite as healthy).
About 7% of Uk is veggie. Not all eat quorn but some meat eaters eat it to make up for it. They've cornered the meat free market (Linda McCartney and own brand supermarket stuff probably account for ~30% of sales maybe?) but it's still quite niche.
They were bought out last year for about £400m so hopefully we'll see a rollout of new recipes and flavours

Do try Quorn products. Some of them taste just like meat, others are not so good, but try several out and see what you think. It is a good way to reduce meat consumption which is beneficial to the environment and can be good for your health.

I'm vegetarian and rarely eat Quorn. So much better food available that I have no reason to eat it.

escalopes are delicious, we love them (we're omnivores btw, but still go for these sometimes)
What are the peppered steaks like?
Voted hot here.
The quorn products are usually way over-priced in my opinion. They've got the market cornered. Should be much cheaper for what it is - they make it by the vat load so they're clearly making so much money from it. Surely if the price was more reasonable they'd sell shed loads more though.

Well a lot meat eaters won't touch it, then I think it's around 10% of population here is vegetarian. Of that 10% I doubt every vegetarian buys Quorn.
I still think it's reasonably priced and to be fair there always some offer on somewhere. I only eat the mince and quorn fillets/pieces but buy some of their other products for the children.

I very rarely buy Quorn at normal price. Seems to forever be on special offer with at least one supermarket.
I found the steaks fine, good with gravy.
