I have and it's far from conclusive. Seems Rapeseed oil has a ton of benefits, if you know of an informed negative review please give me a link so I can read it.

Palm and Rapeseed Oil both bad news, almost all Soya is GMO

If the soya was GMO, it would have to be labelled as such.

Worth noting for those who opt for a non-dairy spread for ethical reasons (well, and everyone really) - Pure spreads aren't rated well on their use of (/sustainable) palm oil, see e.g.:
The soya one is manky, the sunflower version is nice though.

Voted hot for the price. Would be really interesting to see what ingredients it has. I'm still about to find a competitor to peanut butter (pure one and in moderation of course).
