Price seems to have plummeted (pun intended) from 75p to 49p and today an all time low of 29p.
These are South African, big n juicy and zingy, between 6-8 per punnet dependent on size. Bargain.

Got them last week. Fab price and they're really big plums. Better than Asda or the other supermarkets.

I went in to Lidl yesterday and picked up 2 packs of these. Got to the till and they went through at £1.49. The cashier said they had forgotten to change the shelf price back.

Plums have plummeted, I like it, heat for that alone! As for Lidl its great if you like rotten fruit/veg.

The market share of both aldi and Lidl have increased for the last few years because they only sell rotten produce. Clearly a good business model. :stuck_out_tongue:

To be fair, the standard of Fruit and veg in our local Lidl has always been consistently good. Can't say the same for our local Aldi stores - which is a shame as I like a lot of their other product lines.

Really. Surely you're an adult and can bypass adding silly immature things to a comment.

Exactly, and time will tell how well they succeed as people wise up.
