The base lobbies are very busy on Ps4, I even recently bought the premium upgrade, the DLC side is not as busy, but always on a DLC maps a few full servers, I highly recommend the Base game, lots of maps, lots of different game style options to play.
Around 4000 - 12000 players daily on bfh ps4, you can Google live stats for each format.

Agreed. Been waiting 8 working days for delivery of a PS4 game from date of dispatch. Still haven't received it. Won't be using Base again.
