I was thinking there was a chance since previous Infamous games have appeared on PS Plus, including First Light. But the good news is they've announced the PS Plus games for February and this isn't one of them

I played this through once as a good Delsin, and never got through the second playthrough as evil on hard due to repetitive gameplay.
But...
For the first playthrough, I found it great fun and somewhat challenging if you can take the main character with a pinch of salt, because he *is* annoying.
First light has a better lead character and a more compelling story, is much easier and quicker to platinum if that's your thing. However it is more niche than second son because of the "arena" challenges that you need to complete in order to fully upgrade your powers.
Well worth a tenner imo.

I enjoyed First Light, it was my fastest platinum.

It's nothing special, but it's very playable and looks nice. I really liked the atmosphere of the game, something about it kept me coming back. Well worth £10.95

It's lovely to look at and it plays well, but it's so god damn repetitive it's unbelievable. Always thought the powers felt weak too, I mean you're meant to be superpowered, but the animations and things are a bit lacking. Good price for a AAA title though

I believe I have played 1 & 2, although I cannot remember if I ever completed then. I believe I must've completed the first 1. That's probably the main reason why I haven't got a platinum yet, I buy too many games and never complete them. Plus I didn't care much for trophies back then, probably don't right now either, but the ones in Second Son are fairly easy to get.

Fun but repetitive. This seems about the right price.

Had this for ages now. Just can't get in to it at all. Tried to start it twice but the main character is just an immature pleb and the city feels oddly dead after something like GTA V. I enjoyed Infamous 2 but this is a bit crap imo

This is a great game. Easy to pick up and lots of fun. Just went back to it after so long and going through story mode again but in evil mode. This could be the first game I manage to get the Platinum trophy on.

Got this when it first came out and found it over rated. It was fairly boring, I can't recommend it as I stopped playing it around 60% and sold it on.

purchased this when it first came out. completed twice to get both good and bad endings. I liked it. felt like the first next gen game on ps4. Probably a bit dated now. but bargain at this price for people who haven't played it. even sold on and fancy another go. obvious heat added.

Tempted due to the fact I have over £7 worth of points to use. Would basically be buying this for around £3. However, I wasn't the biggest fan of the 2nd game and with many people saying it's not as good, I'm still undecided, even at £3.

£3 its worth a chance as other poster pointed out you will make your money back from cex, but i found it the worst of all the infamous games. not awful just average and not help by a very unlikable lead character

I thought it was just about OK. I enjoyed using the super powers, and I thought that it was a very attractive game (especially the lighting). Ultimately I got bored of it quite quickly, traded it and have never missed it. For a tenner though, worth a splash - especially as you can trade it straight away at CEX for £12 or sell it for £8.

Is this any better than first light? Did not enjoy that when it was on ps+

It's better, you have more powers and more to do unlike First Light which feels lacking. Keep in mind they used the same map for both games so if you are sick of that getting this will not change that. I loved this game but I couldn't get into First Light due to spending so much time in the city with this one.

no. just down to the fact that Fetch was a much more interesting and likable character than Delsin(who is a huge ass hat). at this price its worth a go, but the PS3 games are much better
but for an early ps4 game it looks better than most newer games, i do hope for a sequel and they find a way to bring back cole
