£149 for a PS4 is a very good deal. However, be warned: the PS4 is not all it's hyped up to be. A lot of the games are lame and often, the graphics are not that much different to the PS3.

Yah, really are, though I'd argue that most of them will fail to live up to hype. That's become the Sony way.

I don't have a PS4 and at the moment, it's not worth the change, though I full expect Sony to start ramping it up like the 360 did to the PS3. Exciting time for gamers.

just had Poole store ring back about my reservation.. no stock as they all went this morning!

All the games are 1080p apart from a handful - if even that. The Xbone on the other hand has more 900p games. Anyway when someone claims the graphics are not that much different from PS3, you know they are just trolling. Even Xbone graphics are far superior.

I agree, it's not the pixels but the effects which make the gaming on current gen more immersive. Try GTA V on PS3 then try it on PS4 - you'll never want to go back.

I hear some people are getting calls saying they don't have any in stock despite placing reservations. that kills the whole idea of reservation, wouldn't they have to honour it? surely you should be able to complain and get it for the price advertised especially if you've reserved one. the whole idea of reservation is that they'd put one aside for you. I'd be infuriated if I'd reserved one and got a call saying can't get it.

also why allow reservation if they don't have any in stock.

Call your store ask to speak to the person who controls the games console area. Dont speak to anyone else on the shop floor as they will say no (it happened to me).

Collected one in Woking. Staff seemed very reluctant, kept sending me from one department to another. Every place they ask my name and order number. Managed to pay and went for collection where the manager asked my name and order number again and went in to double check, despite the fact that I handed him the receipt. I got lucky this time, hope others bought one too

I got mine from Basildon but I went pretty much straight there after my reservation was confirmed. The staff clearly knew it was a bargain but handed it over quite happily.

I think they mean as in its showing online, which doesn't mean they actually have any or you will get one. See yesterdays cancellations.
