Why don't you just buy a kilo for 75p in Tesco , ASDA , Morrisons and the coop ?! Basics porridge is far less milled. The Aldi one is 79p and great tasting.

I posted this last week got stupid comments like same price in the pound shop, err no that is for 12 sachets stupid

Yeah the point is not everyone has a pound shop morrisons etc near them but they might have a home bargains it's porridge at the end of the day

It must be all the extra effort having to measure it out thatputs people off buying the 1kg bags. Although I agree these are handy for people taking these to work.

Switched back to cooking my own scrambled eggs (2-3eggs) and 2 rashers (or smoked salmon), toast in the morning and I'm feeling at lot healthier for it, than winter days of 10-15% Sugar-filled carbohydrated cereals, or Golden Syrup Porridge Sachets.
Not hungry till lunch, feeling a lot more alert during the day.
The big cereal companies have massive budgets to swing health studies/opinion, I don't buy it, prefer to listen to my own body.
Pretty active though, cycling etc.

What noises do you hear ? Trumps ?!
