In my opinion the best breakthrough in teeth/gum care. Works a dream with water and mouthwash (careful as certain types are to be avoided) cleanest feeling you can get without visiting a hygenist.

Received mine and am literally blown away by it.. After a full charge and a fill with listerine mouthwash it can spray a cabinet from just over 2m away. Safe to say my mouth is cleaner.

Shall I cancel my tesco order and order from JL...is there guarantee any good?

I would say yes 2 years better than 1 and JL are very good regards returns etc but it's up2 you if you want the hassle of cancellation with tesco and reordering with JL
Do you need to change the nozzles on these regularly, like toothbrush heads?
Need to get another Nozzle for the Mrs, but not sure wether to pickup the 2 pack (if you don't need to change them every couple of months) or the larger pack.
EDIT: For the benefit of anyone else looks like the advice is to change the nozzle every 6 months (picked up from amazon review). Not sure its actually necessary though.

Hot! These things are awesome. I hear they have longevity issues but if you buy from Amazon they have a great returns policy.
Its completely about technique. When you first start using it you tend to aim it into the very bottom of the gap between teeth, at the base of the gum which shoots the jet straight into the skin and causes it to bleed.
After using a fair bit a technique settles in which essentially involves directing the jet away from the gum a little so it goes through the gap. You start to notice the jet hitting your tongue on the other side.
I have pretty bad gums from not brushing as a teenager and I still get a small amount of blood most days but nothing to be worried about (I asked the dentist).

Not had mine a year so cant comment on longevity, but at £35 they are well worth it even if it only lasts a year (electrical waste notwithstanding).
They take about 30 seconds to use when you have the technique sorted, so much quicker than flossing and it means I actually do it. Be prepared for a few bleeding gums however.

Not as good as flossing as get stuff out but filled with mouthwash this thing is still amazing. Plus it gets to places that flossing doesn't.

Great item. Really do clean between your teeth, easy to use and that's a superb price as I paid £65 last week as original one became faulty so got a refund on it.
Be mindful where you store it though as according to Philips they can become faulty (like mine) if left where there is moisture, so don't leave in a bathroom was the inferred message they gave to me lol ........

Have. Brilliant item. Not particularly reliable though. I used an electric toothbrush, pixsters and then thus airflosser. Teeth feel like I've had a clean at the dentists. They are great for awkward back teeth
