It worth it when MyClub is now free? Assumed this would drop in price fast following that as they are probably making money off pay to win players anyway

I don't know where they get their ideas from, the name for this version must have been kicked about a bit before they decided.

Got it for this price a few months ago, I've played it twice. The game just annoys me. After years of being away from PES and getting bored of FIFA I thought I'd give it another whirl with this, and now, I play neither. In this PES, menus are ugly, lack of sponsorships (club names etc.) still annoying, and commentary is seriously over the top. You'll shoot the tamest shot in the world and Peter Drury/Jim Beglin will scream their head off. After a while you just decide the game is rubbish and wastes time. But hey this is all just my opinion. If you're anything like me, avoid it, and FIFA.

Teach me how, then I'll play this game again, on mute.

Gameplay wise, this is miles ahead of the latest fifa. Everything else(presentation, online, etc) fifa is a lot more polished.

Anyway I usually farm gp while doing stuff around the house, make over 10k per hour so all good.

I do keep wasting a lot though. Wish there was 100 percent chance for a black ball (rarest players) for 50k or something, most of them are not suitable anyway and end up in my farming team..

how do you farm gp the most efficient way? I just farm gp now by playing the easiest myclub competition with the least skilful players so I don't need to waste gp to renew skillful players. Glad I have 2 black ball CFs (Inzaghi and diego costa) on the frontline, Diego Lopez as goalkeeper. The rest are pretty meh.

Use free scouts and free players only. Play first 2 games of novice cup, it's easy mode so score once and then pass ball to keeper and opponents won't tackle him. So you can do other stuff around the house, or whatever, and you'll win 1-0 for the points. Every 10 games release all the players and get another team of free ones. Have your best players all on the bench to increase your gp multiplier at the end of each game. And any gold/black ball you get that you won't use, instead of releasing or adding to trainers just put them in the free team to earn a little more each game.

After first 2 games don't bother playing the 3rd one, join a different cup to overwrite progress then start a new novice cup

I'm on the right track then I guess! it's time to buy more player slots as this week all slot purchase with GP are 50% discount. Do you play division and how far do you go?

Yeh, I'm only div 6 or 7 so far. I want to play it more often.

that's cool, I haven't played division for a while after I was satisfied with division 5. I'll start playing again once I got better players. So far I won 3 games straight for the first 3 games. Aiming for division 4 then I'll stop. Internet lag is a big issue as counter attack is my play style. Just half second behind and you can lose a lot of one-on-one chances.
