I have a sliding one from Aldi. Its rare I don't need the slide action. Would be useless for things like skirting boards and floor boards without it.

I was conned by the 3 year g'tee claim into buying an angle grinder a while back - it was as rough as feck*%$*"* .

I got the Sliding Mitre which wasnt much more than this last year.
