Spotted this at the Kingston LIDL it is an adjustable temperature soldering station priced at £8.99 even comes with 2 small 10g reels of solder, a sponge and a spare flat tip. 100 to 500 deg adjustable.

Apparently tips for the Duratool D00803 fit. about 99p on cpc.
absolute **** had 2 parkside soldering irons both different models both crap you would do a better job with a clipper lighter.for an extra tenner u can get a hakko knock off from ebay with 5 diff tips its what i did.

At £8.99 it is obviously for hobbyist if you want a professional Weller with ESD then go spent £100

I don't think this has ESD protection so it's not the best for hobbyists

Actually it depends on your hobby... ESD won't matter if you are etching wood... ESD won't matter on valve amps, in fact I doubt you could actually use this on a board that is susceptible to ESD given the wattage and the physical tip size...
