found packs of avocados for £1.48 at Morrisons in Whitefield, sale assistant said these should be same price at other stores. Packs on sale at the time of shopping contains either 5 or 6 avocados in each pack.

No probs :smiley: is a good deal though. Heat added. These are perfect size rather than the large ones. Shame they are never ripe. I usually have to plan/buy in advance.

i have a car, but I won't be driving 6 miles for them. i have deliveries from Morrisons, unfortunately its not available online.

Been this price for a long time now, I buy them regularly. They are usually pretty hard and unripe so I always leave them in a plastic bag with a banana to ripen up first.

I agree Avocados are brilliant but judging by the posts on twitter complaining to Morrisons on the standard of their goods i think you need to be cautious before rushing out to be disappointed later.
