I have got an dell xps13 with integrated graphics, would this work?
The older games work well on laptops. Tiberian Sun/Red Alert 2/Yuri's all play absolutely fine on previous dell laptops after a bit of tinkering. You might even get away with Renegade but C&C 3/Red Alert 3 onwards will probably struggle without dedicated graphics.
Regardless, it's still fantastic value for just half the games. :-)
Ah I love these games
but have most.
Also
don't think its been mentioned but there

open source implementation of the classics

Yeah they all worked for me and played every single one of them. Enter code on origin to download , let it do its thing and hit play. I have heard people say they didn't work on Windows 7 but I bought a new copy of 10 so maybe upgrading from 7 is different but for a fiver it's hardly bank breaking. Great collection

I've had issues trying to play older ones on Windows 7 before from the 10 year anniversary collection (I think). It was assumed for that version of the collection which had fewer games that they'd been patched to work on new computers but that wasn't the case.
Have you been able to play all these games on Windows 10 without issue?

If only it included Dune 2.
This is fantastic value. Been waiting for a good deal on this since it was on Amazon.com for $4.99 almost 2 years ago, lol. Through http://cncnet.org/, Red Alert 2 works fine on Windows 8/10. Still an amazing RTS, 15+ years on. Have some heat.

Not so much a whine, just questioning a pricing discrepancy and their checkout system. I suspect the voucher became invalid between the Paypal/CDKeys order confirmation. I still don't understand why it re-directs to their website again to confirm the order. The price clearly changed during that procedure and should perhaps be considered a fault?
The CDkeys basket was correct, the Paypal screen was correct yet the third stage failed. No I will not sleep tonight over this 24p...

All work perfect on Windows 10. I have this collection already and can confirm 100%.
Also, these RTS games are perfect with a steam controller.

How fortunate, I've been trying to find this for under a fiver since December (CDKeys were out of stock).
EA customer services did kindly replace all my old box keys with Origin compatible codes but none of the C&C games will activate.
Edit: Eugh, why did my 5% discount disappear... it was on the Paypal checkout screen but I seem to have paid £4.99 :disappointed:

It's actually really difficult to play most of the older ones online (or even offline for the oldest). Like ^^ said, EA happy to take your money for lazily repackaged (admittedly classic) games that barely work.
I speak from experience having bought both the big C&C bundles - this one and the old blue "first decade" box set. Bedroom coders have done far superior jobs of getting the old games working online, and get EA just rake in the money and rely on their free work to placate customers.

Word of warning. C&C3 and Kane's Wrath (the best ones IMO) wont work with a lot of Intel integrated graphics. You can sometimes get around it by rolling back drivers but it's often not an option if you're on Windows 10. If you've got a dedicated card you won't get that problem.
EA happy to keep selling these older games but doing nothing about an issue a lot of people are experiencing.

did they ever get round to fixing a lot of the issues with the older games ( for the origin release ) ? : they were so badly put together you may as well have just torrented the older games and used user mods to fix:P
