This jar is only 300ml, in Tesco you can get a 500ml jar of coconut oil for £3.49.

Great find and Great Price, Holland & Barrett 250ml £7.99 500ml is £9.99 and 750ml is £20.99 HOT HOT HOT, Great for cooking leave no after taste. Off to Aldi tomorrow.

it's great with Espresso to in the morning for an extra boast and fat burning. they call it the Bulletproof coffee :smiley: Will be buying tomorrow. Coconut oil has so many benefits including helping you lose weight :wink:

its good stuff this i bought it last time it was on promo in Aldi, i usually buy lucy bee but this is just as good, i would be tempted to buy the home bargains one but there are virtually no stores in the south to buy it.

Just as an alternative Costco has 2x1.2kg (organic Kirkland) ones for £19.99 (no vat). Obviously only helps if you are a member there

With a smoke point of 175-177c ? Perhaps not the best choice.
