I have an anker one and its geat.
I got the brand of this one as a home socket type and don't rate it at all. For 10p can be used as an emergency one but not for main use

I've got one and low power and 2ma charger.Glows red and blue when charging not sure what purpose,suppose on and off charge.Big big though!

it is not going to be suitable to charge all devices. some smart fast charging phones now require a particular usb charger. also some pads require 2.0A to charge them. anything less and it drains them as it switches its screen on and the 1.0a charger isn't enough !
but at 10 pence it's worth trying :smiley:
