A Canadian doc has said this stuff is 55% sugar and stated " you may as well have 5 Oreo biscuits on toast". Nice of him to give me an alternative breakfast idea.

doesn't really work like that, the average man burns 2,100 cals a day anyway. So you just decide to eat a smaller dinner or skip a snack after lunch.

That's 11gms of Sugar/100 calories per tbsp. Which would take you 26 mins walking, 11 mins jogging, 8 mins swimming or 15 mins of cycling to burn off!!!!
